Governance Structure

The Company’s Board of Directors recognizes that good corporate governance is essential to achieving sustainable growth and long-term profitability. To this end, the Company has adopted and strictly adheres to corporate governance principles that align with the Revised Code of Corporate Governance, as outlined in SEC Memorandum Circular No. 6, Series of 2009, issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). These principles are embodied in the Company’s Manual on Corporate Governance.
